    Sanya, March 19–20, 2025 – Under the theme “Redefine Frontiers, Synergize Futures” the CDFG (China Duty Free Group) 2025 Global Brands Meeting successfully convened in Sanya, drawing global brands, investors, industry leaders, and policymakers to explore the future of travel retail. The event was graced by Gu Gang, Vice Governor of Hainan Province, and Miao Muyang, Director-General of the Industrial Development Department of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, who delivered opening remarks. Attendees included Fan Yunjun, General Manager of China Tourism Group and Chairman of CTG DUTY-FREE, and Liu Kun, Deputy General Manager of China Tourism Group and Vice Chairman of CTG DUTY-FREE.

He called for deeper collaboration, urging brands to introduce flagship stores and exclusive product launches through CDFG channels to enrich offerings for global consumers. “With the synergy of China’s robust market and proactive governance, tourism — a cornerstone of quality living — will further drive economic growth,” he added.
