Misaki is set to unveil its newly expanded accessories range of silk scarves and watches at the TFWA World Exhibition.
The company has also introduced a scarf display unit bearing Misaki logos and a visual of each of the scarf set.
The display unit, made in white acrylic, is designed to contain 12 windowed boxes and can be placed on a counter unit.
Silk scarf collection 2008
The silk scarves are made in Italy with the finest silk in a 60x60cm square and are inspired by themes from the new jewellery collection (see separate story).
Each set consists of three matching scarves in different tones to reflect the typical colours of Misaki pearl jewellery: light rose to hot pink, cream to bronze and grey to black.
Boa: Snake print revamped in a modern interpretation.
Caribbean: Inspired by the pirate spirit, this scarf bears the famous symbol of their battle flag, softened by a flower and pearls.
Watch collection 2008
Misaki has added several new watches to its timepieces collection, inspired by the theme of the 2008 Mystic Fairytale jewellery collection:
- Sparkling Witch: Described as a modern fairytale with sexy and glistening characters.
- Victorian Fairytale: A mystic and elegant tale, inspired by myths and legends.
- Satine in Wonderland: A story for playful and sensuous Lolitas.
The watch collection plays with new materials, such as brown rubber, black ceramic and Vitrail coloured crystals, and the contrast between different finishes, for example dual dials mixing crystal paved centre and silver brushed outline; bracelet links that are shiny on the outside and matt in the centre; and pure dials with a pleated pattern and a smooth circle in the centre.
Nymphea watch: Water-resistant watch mixing brown rubber and rhodium-plated stainless steel. The dial is decorated with the new Misaki pattern and four white crystals.
Cruella watch: Round case with a dual dial mixing crystal paved centre and silver brushed outline. The black leather bracelet extends into the case like two stainless steel claws and rejoins in a single band at the buckle.
Midnight watch: Evening watch with black ceramic bracelet and engraved dial. Each hour is marked by a vitrail effect crystal with rainbow reflections.
Galaxy watch: Sparkling watch for party time with slim silver leather bracelet, large black dial and stainless
steel case embellished with Vitrail-coloured crystals.
Chess watch: Playful watch with stainless steel bracelet alternating metallic crosses and pearls. The case is shaped like a cross with a small delicate dial in its centre.
Dusk watch: Sport chic watch feminised by two rows of mabe pearls and a subtle play of metal finishing: the stainless steel links of the bracelet are shiny on the outline and matt on the centre. The pure dial has a pleated pattern with a smooth circle in the centre.
Twilight watch: Large watch with rectangular case feminised by white crystals, pink mother of pearl dial and metallic-pink leather strap.
